Dawson Recieves Prestigious AONE Prism Award

The AONE Prism Award will be presented at the AONE Annual Meeting in Baltimore on Friday, March 31st. The award recognizes a nurse leader who has advanced diversity efforts within the nursing profession, such as Dr. Dawson. The Prism Award Winner is a leader in his/her organization in supporting the AONE Guiding Principles for Diversity in Health Care Organizations and demonstrates the mastery of the AONE Nurse Executive Competencies – Communication and Relationship Building, Diversity.
