The Alabama Organization of Nurse Executives (AlaONE), an affiliated organization of the Alabama Hospital Association, is an organization of nurse leaders who design, facilitate and manage care. The organization provides direction and leadership for the advancement of nursing practice and patient care in health care systems, supports and promotes excellence in nurse executive and nurse management practice, and helps to shape policy affecting health care delivery from the perspective of the nurse executive and the nurse manager.
